My parents were visiting on the weekend and I just know how much they love the smell of freshly baked bread in the morning, I mean who doesn’t?! So I set about to make a loaf of Cinnamon Sultana Bread to be ready for them when they got up in the morning.
Unfortunately they had to leave early and weren’t able to enjoy it, but as a friend requested the recipe here it is for all to enjoy.
I found this recipe a while back when I was first starting to use my bread machine. I make it on the ‘Sweet’ cycle for a 750g loaf and it turns out beautifully.
There are so many ways you can vary it, such as using raisins instead of sultanas, or perhaps adding dried figs, cranberries, pear and even some nutmeg, just have fun!
So here it is, enjoy!
